I found a utility from the WesternDigital site which tested the drive-it said my drive was ok-just some bad sectors-asked if I want to fix them-from your last report wasn't that many...so I said yes
This allowed the drive to show up regularly in windows And it shows that 70GB are in use-but shows no files
I ran your 3.14 tool. [...] And all the files were there! So I happily purchased the full copy

08/2008 It located some valuable files and recovered them
It worked. It located some valuable files and recovered them.
I had Jpeg files on a camera microdrive that resided beyond a corrupted point on the drive and I could not access them.
I tried several other so called data recovery softwares and they could not even find these files.
This software found these files and moved them to a safe harddrive.

I just wanted to say that I literally bought and wasted my money when I purchased other software like [..] and [..] that I deleted as fast as I installed them. They did find the files and folders just could not recover them. Well I am very satisfied with your product. It recovered my files at a fast speed and they worked afterwards unlike the others.

I recently, accidentally (and stupidly) reformatted the memory card in my Son's PSP, loosing 100+ saved games. I downloaded 'Data LifeSaver' and was able to use this to recover all the games, despite having reformatted the card. This was great, and I'll have no hesitation in recommending easis to my friends, should they ever get into a similar situation.
